Delivery Costs

Orders with a value in excess of £100 will receive free delivery subject to location.

Our standard delivery charges are £15 per delivery on orders under £100, but may vary according to the delivery address and cannot be refunded.

Delivery Location

Online Boilers will deliver your order to all areas of mainland UK in line with our standard delivery.

For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles you may be required to pay extra for delivery. Either contact our customer service team by phone or email for further details.

Delivery Lead Time

Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. When placing your order you will have the flexibility to select the most appropriate time and date for your delivery.

It is possible in some cases to receive your order sooner than this; however stock availability and location will need to be considered on a case by case basis. We therefore advise that you contact the Online Boilers Team on 0800 048 3367 to discuss these requirements further. We will do all in our power to accommodate your request.

Collection from Store

It is possible to collect your order from your nearest branch, please contact the Online Boilers Team who will advise on location and stock availability.

Please note if collecting from store identification and a copy of your order conformation will be required.

Delivery to a different address

It is possible when placing your order to select the delivery destination of your choice.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery will be using a one man delivery and will deliver to ground floor locations only.

Normal delivery schedules are Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Any changes to your delivery address after your order has been processed for despatch may result in additional administrative charges.

When a delivery date has been arranged please ensure that you or your approved agent is available at your address to accept the delivery. Should our delivery agent arrive and there is no one available to accept delivery, unfortunately you may incur a second delivery charge. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO BOOK AN INSTALLER OR CONTRACTOR UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED. ONLINE BOILERS LTD OR ITS AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INSTALLER OR CONTRACTOR COSTS, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR COMPENSATION IN ANY WAY.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.

On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage to the packaging by you or your approved agent at the delivery address given at the time of placing your order. Please inspect the packaging before signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please ask the driver to take the goods back with them and sign the delivery document as damaged.

Once the product has been removed from the original packaging and faults, damage or shortages are found the responsibility of this lies with the manufacturers in line with their standard manufacturer's warranties and not with online boilers ltd.

All products supplied by Online Boilers have gone through rigorous testing by the manufacturers and are supplied with standard manufacturer's warranties.

Do not install your product if it is damaged, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

If in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or missing a part when you open the boxes or parcel. Please notify the manufacturer directly as the responsibility to supply, repair or replace damaged, missing or faulty parts is covered under the standard manufacturer's warranties. All the manufacturers used by Online boilers have a special service team which are available 24hrs a day, the details of which can be found in the installation instructions or alternatively online.
