The Online boilers website is open for business 24 hours a day 365 days a year, allowing you the flexibility to place an order or view the website whenever you please.

I have seen a product I want, how do I make a purchase?
The quickest and easiest way to make a purchase is through the Online Boilers website. The site is fully secure and uses the latest security and anti-fraud protection software.
To make a purchase simply browse the site for the desired product and select "Buy Now" and either continue shopping or to complete the purchase click "Checkout" and follow the simple steps.

Yes, Online Boilers accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you delivery to my address?
Online Boilers will deliver your order direct to your door anywhere in the UK (mainland). If you live outside this area it may still be possible but please contact the Online Boiler team to confirm.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery is FREE with all orders over £150.
If your order is under £150 a delivery charge of £15 will apply.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, when you place your order you will be asked to select your preferred delivery date and time, allowing you the flexibility to pick a time and date that suits you.
What is the standard delivery lead time?
In the majority of cases we will delivery you order in 3 working days, the only exception to this is if the product needs to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, these cases are incredibly rare as we carry a huge amount of stock. However if this situation does occur we will contact you directly to advice.
Can my Order be delivered to a different address?
Yes it's possible to deliver your order to wherever you wish. When you place your order you will be asked where you would like it delivered leaving the choice up to you.
Can I collect my order?
Yes it is possible to collect your order please contact the Online Boiler team once you have placed your order and they will advice where your nearest branch is located? Please note identification and a copy of the order confirmation will be required.
Is it possible to receive my order the next day?
It may be possible to receive your order the next day depending on the level of stock at your nearest branch, please contact the Online Boilers team who will investigate on your behalf.
I need a particular product but can't find it on the Online Boilers Website?
We stock a wide range of products on the site but if you are having difficulty finding the product or we do not currently stock the product please contact our helpful customer service team and they will either assist you in finding the product or alternatively source the product you are looking for.
