The term 'Eulinx Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Lapwing Farm, Devils Lane, Longsdon, Staffordshire ST9 9QP . Our company registration number is 07874850 registered in the UK. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Eulinx Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Eulinx Ltd may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st January 2010.
We may collect the following information:
We require this information to both process your order and to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Bank and Credit Card Security
Eulinx Ltd is very aware of the dangers of knowledgeable persons being able to obtain information sent over the Internet. Eulinx Ltd will not ask for any bank details or private information on this website without a Secure Socket Layer encryption in place to protect such information - indicated by the padlock symbol in your web-browser. Similarly Eulinx Ltd will not ask any customers to send such information in, or attached to, any emails since this method can also potentially expose such data.
Your card details are handled by a third-party Secure Payment Provider called SagePay who have many years experience in online card transactions. SagePay will handle the card processing with your credit or debit card provider. Eulinx Ltd cannot and will not collect bank information, nor will ever have access to your card information. This is left up to the experts. If you have any concerns please follow this link to read http://www.sagepay.com/about_us.asp message concerning card processing.
All transaction information passed between www.onlineboilers.co.uk and the Sage Pay Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to Online Boilers Ltd servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data held by Sage Pay is extremely secure and Sage Pay is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
The www.onlineboilers.co.uk website uses "Cookies" to store the information about the contents of the shopping cart whilst the customer browses the site. A cookie is a piece of text which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree (or your browser agrees automatically if you have set it up in that way), your browser adds that text in a small file. A cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets web site operators know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. For example, when you visit an electronic store, a cookie makes it easier to shop, by allowing you to place things into a shopping basket; the basket itself is not a cookie; the cookie is placed on your hard drive and keeps track of your basket versus others in use at the same time.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our web site in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. Denial of a traffic log cookie may prevent you from using the web site. Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better web site, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. This practice is strictly enforced. We know that people have concerns about cookies, but we believe that the benefit that you and Eulinx Ltd gain from their proper use is worthwhile. You may set up your web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) to notify you of cookie placement requests or decline cookies completely (although declining them may prevent you from being able to use the web site properly or at all). You can delete the files that contain cookies - those files are stored as part of your Internet browser.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee of £15 will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Eulinx Ltd, Lapwing Farm, Devils Lane, Longsdon, Staffordshire ST9 9QP.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

The information is provided by Eulinx Ltd and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval;

7. Where we accept the return of the Goods, we will provide you with either replacement Goods or a full refund or account credit as you request. Any refund will be repaid or credited within 30 days of being notified of your intention to cancel.

All boilers sold are new and come complete with the manufacturer's warranty for parts and labour. Details of each warranty may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically they are for at least one year. For specific details of boiler warranties and conditions contact the manufacturers directly.
Manufacturer warranties generally begin from when the boiler is commissioned, not when the boiler is purchased. Typical restrictions on the warranties are that the boiler is commissioned by a qualified professional.
